2014 - Chilean Audit to assess municipal corporations, by Consejo para la transparencia

The report, "Segunda fiscalización a Corporaciones Municipales'' do Consejo para la Transparencia (The Transparency Council) evaluated the content and usability of the websites for 53 municipal corporations in Chile . 14 categories were evaluated, which included 253 mandatory items, 27 best practices, and 22 items related to usability.

Each website was evaluated under 14 criterion that included 253 mandatory items (from the transparency law). For each category, the audit evaluated:
- Existence and operability of the links to all mandatory information required by the law
- Updated information within the 10 first days of the month
- Consistency with other sources

Usability was also evaluated through 22 aspects related to the ease of finding and using information.
27 aspects of best practices were also evaluated but were not reported.
