2012 - Honduran Audit by el Instituto de Acceso a la Información Pública

The report "Evaluación de la información pública que debe ser difundida de Oficio por las Instituciones Obligadas en cumplimiento a la Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública (LTAIP)" by el Instituto de Acceso a la Información Pública (The Institute for Access to Public Information) presented the results from an active transparency evaluation made for 81 public institutions in Honduras, that assessed 5 categories of information. Data were collected between August and December of 2012.

For this study, the researchers evaluated information gathered from websites, considering 5 categories in their structure, that were weighted as follows: Organic structure (15%), Planning and accountability (40%), Finance (35%), Regulations (5%), and Citizen participation (5%).
